Terms of use

These terms govern the use of MarquePhare, a platform for optimizing visibility in generative engines (GEO).

Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or circumvent technical and quota limits.

Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan through Stripe. Quotas (projects, tracked prompts, measurements, generations) depend on the plan.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the right to process it technically in order to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Security. We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by French law.
