Quick start: your first client in a few minutes
From creating the project to your first client report, step by step.
This guide takes you from zero to a first full report for a client. Most of the work is automatic.
In “Clients”, click “Create a project”. Enter the brand name, its domain (e.g. myclient.co.uk), its industry, and the country and language of its market. One client = one project.
MarquePhare reads the site and builds its knowledge graph, picks the prompts its customers actually ask (based on estimated demand and the towns it serves), then queries the AI engines to measure the starting visibility. Each step shows live.
In “Site audit”, check the domain, choose the client report language, then run the audit. More than forty checks: can AI crawlers read the site, are its pages citable, does its authority hold up against competitors. Allow one to two minutes.
The report appears in your colors. Choose its preset (Full, Prospect or Executive), add a note for your client and your comments on the recommendations.
Export it as a PDF or share a private, read-only link — no account needed and no mention of the tool. The issues to fix are already in the Action plan.
If the site blocks AI crawlers, no visibility measurement makes sense: the client is invisible for a technical reason, not an editorial one. The audit spots it right away — it’s the first thing to do for a new client.
For a very new or little-known domain, the tool may ask for a starting topic (the client’s main business). Enter a simple one, e.g. “office fit-out”, and run it again.
The analysis and measurements actually query the answer engines. Your plan sets a monthly quota, shown in Settings; an analysis never runs without your confirmation.
