Review & delivery: from draft to the client’s CMS
The editorial workflow: review, approve, then send the draft to WordPress, Webflow or Wix.
The “In progress” tab of Content tracks every article until it goes live. It’s the place to move production forward — not to write.
An idea noted down, then analyzed: what the best answers cover, and what they miss.
The content is written, by hand or generated.
A team member reviews it. They approve it, or send it back as “changes requested”, saying exactly what.
Only approved content can go to the CMS — whether it was written by hand or by AI.
Once it’s live, enter its URL: the publication is then recorded.
Sending to the client’s CMS
Connect WordPress, Webflow or Wix (an admin does it once per client; credentials are stored encrypted). MarquePhare sends the approved draft to the CMS; it never publishes on your behalf.
If the CMS doesn’t confirm a send, the tool flags it rather than retrying: a second send could create a duplicate. Check the drafts in the CMS before trying again.
