The client report: what you deliver

A deliverable in your brand, in your client’s language, that justifies the engagement with measured numbers.

5 min read

The client report is the document you send, not the dashboard you work in. It carries your logo and colors, reads without knowing anything about GEO, and never mentions the tool.

What it contains

  • A cover page in your brand, and the verdict in one sentence.
  • Executive summary: the strategic reading, the order of action, the content to publish.
  • What AI answers, engine by engine and prompt by prompt, and who it cites instead of your client.
  • Progress from one audit to the next, as a chart from the second audit on.
  • The action plan, quick wins, sites to earn mentions on, pages to create.
  • What’s already in place, and the methodology: every figure with its source and date.

Three presets

  • Full: the whole report.
  • Prospect: the audit without the “how” — the detailed plan is kept for the meeting, and the client knows it exists.
  • Executive: the essentials for a decision-maker — verdict, summary, AI answers, progress.

Choose the preset audit by audit, or hide modules one by one. Your default preset is set in Settings. The verdict and scores can never be hidden.

Your voice in the report

Add an introductory note for your client, a comment under any recommendation, or hide a recommendation you’d rather discuss in person: it disappears from the PDF and the link, and the client only sees that a point will be presented to them. The scores stay as measured.

Delivering it

  • As a PDF: “Export as PDF”, then untick “Headers and footers” in the print dialog.
  • By private link: read-only, no account, in your colors. Revocable at any time; the progress chart fills in with each new audit.
  • In your client’s language: chosen when you run the audit (English, French or Spanish).

Adding your brand

In Settings: the agency name, its logo and its color. A preview shows the result before you save.

No recurring measurement, no chart

The measurement frequency is “manual” by default: nothing is measured until you ask, because each measurement uses credits. Turn on at least the monthly frequency (Settings) for your active clients: a flat progress chart justifies no renewal.
